Events & Workshops
The full space is available for workshops, pop-up shops, and larger public events. Rental includes access to the kitchen, lounge, and gallery.
Full Day: $100
Half Day: $60
Weekend Package: $200 (Friday evening - Sunday evening)
For ticketed events and workshops, we charge a 20% commission on ticket sales or workshop fees in place of the standard rental rates above — as long as the commission meets or exceeds the listed minimums.

Exhibitions
The gallery space can be reserved for longer-term exhibitions and shows, including solo and group shows (minimum of 1 week). Reservations include one half -day use of the entire space rental for an opening or closing event.
Weekly rate: $150/week
